M3 Supports Gallery of Iconic Guitars

At M3 technology Group, we love supporting all kinds of different projects for our customers – but we’re excited to share one of the coolest. Belmont University was recently gifted 500 unique guitars and mandolins from collector Steven Shaw, 100 of which will be displayed in the new Gallery of Iconic Guitars (GIG.) The GIG was unveiled this past Tuesday, with County music stars Vince Gill and Ricky Skaggs on hand to open new exhibit. M3 worked on the design, acoustics, and technology integration for the space.

AV Apps 21: AV Mogul

Did you know that there is an app that gamifys Audio Visual integration? AV Mogul by our friend Julio Carrasco, whose face graces the app icon, takes you through the process of designing and installing a corporate board room. Think of it as Sim People for the AV set.

Julio tells us that there is a new and improved version slated for release this April. We were able to get a sneak peek, and the game steps it up. See the full episode below.

Another successful Schmoozapalooza in the books. M3 attended the most recent edition of Knoxville’s premier networking event, and as always, it didn’t disappoint. The M3 booth – staffed by our own David, Angela, and Bob – was busy with visitors from the Knoxville business community throughout the event. M3 Designs Theatre and Mixing Stage Expansion

We’re excited to share our work at Belmont University’s Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business and the R. Milton and Denice Johnson Center, which features a 250-seats theater and classrooms, labs, performance spaces, production spaces and research rooms for the music business, motion pictures and media studies programs. M3 provided design and installation services, utilizing an array of technologies from HARMAN, Dolby and others.
