In an effort to continue communication during this time, M3 would like to let you know how we are responding to COVID-19. We understand the services we provide are essential to ensuring businesses, schools, hospitals and government can continue functioning effectively and efficiently during this critical time. While communicating with teams offsite, it is imperative that the equipment we install be functional and operating at peak performance. Technology is essential to helping you relay vital information to your staff and customers; M3 is honored to be able to come alongside you and assist in helping ease the strain of functioning remotely during this unprecedented time.
While we are closely monitoring the situation, and responding appropriately, M3 continues to provide the customer service, installation, on site resources and monitoring we pride ourselves on. Please contact our network operations center (NOC), at 833-M3-HELPS, or your account manager, prior to your install or scheduled service call, if your facility has any requests or requirements we can abide by while on location. If you need to reschedule, please give our office adequate notice.
Our employees have been instructed to wash their hands, practice social distancing, and ultimately, respect and respond accordingly to the individual policies at each location. Those employees who report to any of M3’s offices have been encouraged to work from home, as much as possible, and still maintain the same level of customer care to which you are accustomed. All employees have been told to not report to work if they, or any family members, are ill, or are symptomatic.
Rest assured, we will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation at hand, practicing wisdom and discretion regarding our personnel, as well as yours.
