What Is InfoComm and Why Does It Matter?
InfoComm, hosted by AVIXA, is North America’s largest trade show focused exclusively on professional audiovisual technology. In 2025, it will be held in Orlando from June 7 to 13 and will bring together hundreds of manufacturers, thousands of integrators, and tens of thousands of AV professionals.

For teams like ours, InfoComm gets our gears going. We consider it a forward-looking roadmap rife with ideas because it helps us evaluate what’s coming, where the industry is headed, and which innovations will deliver the most long-term value for our clients.

Why InfoComm & Other Trade Shows Matter for Our Clients
InfoComm gives us early access to tools that make collaboration easier, spaces more innovative, and systems more manageable. That means fewer service calls, more uptime, and AV that supports your mission.
Though conventions and trade shows are exciting, we strive to never adopt technology for technology’s sake. We take the time and energy to evaluate it through the lens of your business goals before we ever recommend a product.
If you’re planning a 2025 project or even forecasting for FY26 already, let’s talk about what’s on the horizon and how it can work for your organization.
